  • Clients should communicate clearly about project requirements, deadlines, and expectations.

  • Accepting a bid indicates agreement with the freelancer’s proposal, price, and delivery terms.


6. Prohibited Bidding Behavior

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Spam or automated bidding

  • False qualifications or portfolio samples

  • Attempting to move communication or payment outside the platform

  • Bidding with no intention to complete the project


7. Dispute Handling

  • Any disputes related to bids, pricing, or project scope must be handled through the platform’s dispute resolution system.

  • The platform reserves the right to review bid activity to ensure fair use and transparency.


8. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove bids that violate this policy

  • Limit bidding privileges

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate bidding rules
