These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.biosynforfreelance.com (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Role
Biosyn for Freelance is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent freelancers.
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted through your account
All information provided during registration and use of the Platform must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Services and Projects
All project terms, including scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines, are agreed upon directly between buyers and freelancers.
The Platform provides the technical tools for communication, bidding, and payments only.
5. Payments
All payments must be processed through the Platform’s approved payment methods.
Any attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment system or fees by conducting off-platform payments is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments and Platform Fees
The Platform charges a service fee on completed transactions.
Applicable service fees and any payment processing fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Freelancers authorize the Platform to deduct its service fee and applicable transaction fees before releasing funds.
Fees may vary based on service type, payment method, or promotional offers.
The Platform reserves the right to modify its fees at any time, with changes applying only to future transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed between users, ownership of intellectual property rights in the delivered work transfers to the buyer upon full payment.
Freelancers represent and warrant that their work does not infringe on any third-party rights.
8. User Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, or share on the Platform, including job listings, proposals, messages, and files.
You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Provide false or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Bypass Platform systems or safeguards
Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Offer or request illegal services
10. Disputes Between Users
Disputes arising between buyers and freelancers must be resolved directly between the parties.
The Platform may assist with communication but does not guarantee dispute resolution outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not responsible for the quality, legality, or results of services provided by users.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the Platform or its users.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
