I graduated in Biotechnology at Cairo
University (4 years of studies) in May 2019, very good with degree of honor
(B+). During those four years, I studied Biotechnology with specialization in molecular
genetics at Cairo University, Egypt.
My career aspirations go in the
direction of bioinformatics and data analysis, with a particular interest in
multiomics, especially the branch related to microbiota. I find myself to be a self-learner, capable of independently
mastering advanced techniques in bioinformatics and analysing scientific
literature with precision. During my collaboration, I have shown great
potential for experimental design, data interpretation, and problem-solving
skills that are essential for scientific research. Equally important, I
interact with colleagues respectfully, contribute positively to group
discussions, and demonstrate genuine curiosity about NGS and the
analysis of the resulting fastq files, and related multiomics branches,
including 16S amplicon sequencing analysis, WGS, WES, GWAS, bulk RNA seq,
and Differential gene expression using R, Bash and Galaxy server.
In continuation of this work, I participated in two conferences with
two more conference invitations currently as a speaker, presented 4 courses,
including my course cloning dry lab as course instructor at Udemy and
published two manuscripts and five projects on GitHub, including
my first ever designed bioinformatics tool. So, I look through your
program to enrich my Scientific and research abilities in order to serve
humanity and expand my knowledge about Bioinformatics
